When you’re doing important work with groups, you sometimes need a dedicated person to make things flow.
As a facilitator, I’ll help make discussions, idea generation and decision-making run smoothly, and ensure your work results in meaningful action. I can be in charge of timings, structure, activities, dynamics and process - leaving you free to do the actual work.
I’ve spent years honing the craft of holding space for groups. I both design and deliver group workshops, away days and strategy sessions or retreats.

Action learning sets
Group coaching for colleagues in a structured, reflective space.
Action learning is a form of group coaching. A ‘set’ of 6-8 peers come together to solve problems and support one another in a confidential, structured reflective space.
Action learning is great for:
building trust between colleagues
creating a defined reflective space for problem-solving
developing coaching and listening skills.
I’m a qualified action learning facilitator, having trained with Action Learning Associates.
I can help you embed quality learning and reflection in your organisation - either through running action learning sets, or training staff to run their own.
