Action learning

As part of the Power to Change programme, I ran action learning sets to help organisations across the UK drive social change in their communities. After an in-person launch, we held a series of sessions online, creating spaces for people to share experiences, solve problems together, and deepen their listening and coaching skills.  Through this experience, the staff reported increased trust and connection with their colleagues, that they had developed meaningful coaching skills, and that they had valued space to problem solve with peers.
