This is a space to explore your identity in a gentle, meaningful way. A chance to consider what matters and how you want to show up for yourself, your family and the world you’re raising your children in.
You’re based in or near Exeter or London, and can join us for evening sessions.

A circle of fellow mums supporting each other to pause, think and grow.
Eight in-person facilitated workshops, to help take you on a journey of reflection, learning and intentional action.
1:1 coaching session with Kate, at a moment of your choice during the programme, worth £125.
A gorgeous welcome pack in the post, with resources to help anchor and guide you throughout the programme.

About your host
Hello, I’m Kate. I’m a facilitator, learning designer and coach, working across the social and public sectors. I live in Devon, where I recently moved to get closer to nature.
I’ve had many moments of feeling stuck. Almost every time, what’s helped me move forward is human connection, community, and protected time to do some reflective thinking.
Through my work, I’ve been lucky to collaborate with incredible souls around the world to design and lead purposeful activities for all sorts of individuals, teams and communities. Reflect:Recentre will draw upon this wisdom.
My commitment to you is that you’ll leave the process with new insights about yourself and what makes you tick, and at least one clear step to help you take things forward.
Bursaries and payment plans
Carving out time and money to prioritise yourself can be hard. So, the investment for Reflect:Recentre programmes is designed to be as flexible as possible.
I also recognise that for particular identities or groups with less power and privilege, there are additional barriers to investing time and money in personal development programmes.
For example, disabled people, refugees or asylum seekers, those who identify as being from a racialised or minoritised ethnic group, those who identify as LGBTQ+, those on a low income or those with caring responsibilities.
Bursaries that cover a significant portion of the costs are available for all Reflect:Recentre programmes. Or if you’d like to propose a different payment structure, I am really open to that.
